- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls

The ideal candidate should have the following:
- Education / Qualifications: Diploma in public administration / Equivalent certification
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Keyboard skills
